I make use of professional cutting-edge software assisting translation – SDL Trados (please do not confuse it with machine translation). Using Trados enables setting up terminology databases specific for each customer and creating translation memories.
The main benefit for customers is consistency of terminology and style across large volume files or different documents.

Translation memory is also useful when updating translated files or dealing with files of the same subject. If an identical or similar source language segment comes up later, the translation memory will retrieve the previously translated sentence and automatically suggest it for the new translation.

All documents received from my clients will be kept confidential. I am ready to sign a non-disclosure agreement, if requested.

Translated documents may be dispatched either in electronic format (email attachments or files on CD) or in hard copy (by post) – at an additional cost.
